Just thought I would share... Camilla Gray Kulp is here Time: 1:42 pm Weight: 7 lbs 5 oz. Length: 20.5 inches
| and its me. Another Monday and I am ready for it to be over. Or am I? Am I wishing my life away by dragging through monday after monday? A goal of mine is to be more positive about the days I meet and go through with a good attitude ready for what the day holds! wow..i sound so cheesy. Sorry I only update every now and then, but I am having a hard time keeping up with my facebook AND xanga. Things are busy, i babysit almost every day now. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays I babysit for a family with 5 children and Wednesdays I babysit at church for the choir children from 7:30-9ish. I am looking foward to my mom coming into town, but it will be another 2 months and 6 days (67 days all together). Easter came and went and I made Jell-o eggs and Jell-o jelly beans! They were really cute, sorry I don't have pictures. I have another goal...be a better picture taker- especially considering that I need to post and update as much as I can for you guys. I will try to do better..no more promises- as you can see...that has fallen through a couple of times. Zach is still in nursing school and just looking foward to being finished with this semester! Another goal is to stop being so busy and spend more time with him. I think we're going to have a date night tonight...I only babysit until 5ish so I can be finished and we can hang out for the remainder of the afternoon and just spend time together that we haven't gotten to spend for the past few days due to work and school and just getting busy hanging out with friends. His love language is quality time...:) Well, I bid you a fond farewell..until the next time I get to update :) jkb | | |
| as promised....yet another update (I know, so far from the last, but slow and steady wins the race, right? plus, i'll get better). Zach and I put up our Christmas tree, pictures to follow...when I have more time and energy and I am not ready to zonk out. The tree is all decorated and lighted up with a beautiful star on top and a tree skirt that I bought just today :) Maebe is sweet as can be and I love her and spoil her rotten as always... Things are moving right along and this Christmas is to be looked foward to for our little family. We will be going to the coast for Christmas to spend it with Zach's grandparents and family, then I will be going to the coast for 5 days to be involved in part of "Eight Days of Hope" where ppl from churches all over the world get together to help those that are still struggling to recover from the hurricaines that devistated our coast. I think this is the last trip down and I am excited because it falls on days that I will be able to participate because it coincides with our school break. I am looking foward to it, knowing that God will use me in special ways I'm going to sleep soon, but I wanted to ask you guys to pray for a family that is really close to my heart. One of my very close friends had her husband pass away this week, at 36 years old and a father of 4. Please keep my friend and her 4 children in your prayers as they will be grieving this terrible, tradgic loss this Christmas season. I have been with her as much as I can, and I wish I could take the grief away, but I know it is only God's peace and presence that will sustain her, so please pray for that- that she will know God's truth and His Peace that passes all understanding and that God will send special ppl to do His work in their lives. Thanks- good night :) jkb | | |
| this is our mush-mouth Maebe...it took forever to get this shot, but its a great rendition of Mush-Mouth from the Fat Albert cartoons we all know and love.
And one of my favorite shots from our PA trip. We enjoyed playing in all of the colorful falled leaves. That is Zach and my brother's daughter, Cecilia. While we were playing in the leaves she looked at Zach and said, "Its fun having you here, Uncle Zach." - Oh, how I wish we lived closer. it was a wonderful few days, way too short :) My brother and I- awwww...aren't we sweet? The leaves we were all playing in were all different colors- all of the trees in PA are so beautiful at this time of the year....it makes me miss having that. Cecilia and Bennett made us all placemats to eat our Thanksgiving meal. I miss having 4 distinct seasons. It snowed in PA today.
We were making Pumpkin Pie...Cecilia even had a song about it. "Pumpkin pie, me oh my, how I love my Pumpkin pie! 1 slice 2 slices 3 slices 4...I ate them all and asked for more!" She is going to be 4 years old on January 5th, Bennett (in my lap in the picture to the left) just turned 2 Nov. 5th, and Mary is Pregnant again...:) They are the most wonderful nieces- very loving and they both have just the sweetest dispositions. I so enjoyed our time together, I was afraid of how they would or would not warm up to us since they don't see us very often, but it totally wasn't an issue and Zach and I enjoyed every minute of it. It was good to spend time with David and Mary, too- I am looking foward to more visits :) I tried to update not very long ago, but it didn't work because my computer froze up- still be proud for updates :) jkb
